My husband just waited 15 minutes at this store with me in the car and open sign lit up. The door was locked and we did not get what we wanted In other words, they weren't open

Couple of their employees are pretty cool and they always have good conversation. Well, not always but you know. And then there’s a neutral one. But I’ve never had an unpleasant experience there. In Tucson, AZ

I'm here at 9:15 and I've been here for 15 minutes.. The light up sign says they're open. The door is locked I just watched three people leave. Totally lost my business forever wasting this much of my time. Why would you turn the open sign on if the store is not open?
