I was looking all over for REAL St. Lucian sea moss and I finally found it at Replenish Thyself. The shop was so beautiful and clean. Jessica was very sweet and also educated me on some other herbs. I will definitely be going back.

Wonderful spot. Kind hearted business owners who emphasize their customers health and wellness much more than making a profit. Extremely knowledgeable about natural supplements and the power the right foods have to dramatically impact our health. Very fair prices, and owner likes to give samples and let you try out different products.

Wonderful store in St Pete! Jessica is very knowledgeable on the properties of sea moss and many other herbs, nutrition and supplementation. The smoothies are delicious, I tried them all and I’ll be back for more! And I’m also using the sea moss in capsules for optimal health I’m thrilled to have found this great store!

I am raving about this business! The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and also provide health coaching. Their sea moss is easily the best I’ve had and crafted with extra care. The uses for it are extensive and they have different blends and forms! Sea moss also works miracles for your pets… also- ask about their fresh juices. They might make you a sample ;) I encourage everyone to invest in their health and local business! Don’t miss this one!

This little gem in Saint Pete is an amazing health and tea place. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a smoothie, sea moss, organic watermelon, juice, herbs and more right in Saint Pete, FL! You’ve got to check it out for yourself. ❤️ bonus they use a Kangen water machine too come get your water and get replenished!!!!!
