I had a standout experience here thanks to an excellent team ! Mike, the pharmacist, went above and beyond his call of duty. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly educate me and give thoughtful recommendations. He made the whole process easy and was very easy to talk to. I also really enjoyed meeting Mara. She is an interesting person and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I was especially impressed by how much she prioritizes making sure patients get their medication while also being diligent about protecting their personal and financial information. She’s definitely someone who makes you want to come back. Ellen was also super cool and easy to chat with. I really appreciated her professional energy and her commitment to providing a great customer experience. This is easily one of the best-staffed locations I've visited !

Savannah was incredibly helpful. Been here multiple times and she’s always so pleasant but especially today. Got stuck in the snow while she was on her lunch break and she came out and helped push. Forever grateful. please someone give this girl a RAISE!!!

My first time was last Friday and I will say it was great! Inside is really cool, staff is super friendly and the products are priced great! My vendor that day was Lukas and he was awesome helped me with everything answered all my questions being new! He was a 5 star employee!

Visited Rise for my first time and had the nicest experience! Using the kiosk was easy and I was able to compare brands and products easily. Jake and Kritty were a great help in providing information, helped me sign up for the rewards program and I was even able to apply rewards for my first visit! That was awesome. Even though I live south of the city, this place is worth the drive for me to go back.
