The prices are great, but the employees are often distracted… and they usually mess up your order. They take a long time to retrieve items from behind the counter and frequently forget the information you just provided. For example, if I ask for three of a product, they often only bring one after searching for five minutes in their poorly organized drawers. Then I have to wait while they go back to get the rest. This happens consistently during my visits and makes a quick stop not very quick. While the employees are nice and friendly, their efficiency and focus at work need improvement.

Slo cal roots is awesome. I have stage 3 rectal cancer. I went in feeling like crap after my 1st week of chemo and asked what edibles I could purchase because I'm not supposed to smoke cannabis while on treatment. To my surprise they totally hooked me no charge. They have a compassion program for what I am eternally grateful for. The stuff they gave ROS is totally amazing. This place is small, but efficient and well stocked. My friend usually brings me here when she needs to refill her weed pen carts. There are two atms inside as it is cash only and there’s a podium outside with one of their employees to check everyone in with their ID. I perused their shelves and they have a great variety of products. And everything is reasonably priced with pre rolls as little as $3. Definitely check them out for all your THC and CBD needs!
