i did sue this place the owner unproffesional hire managers who r not authorized to work in usa and they get products with fake check they order from my wholesale and they pay me with fraud check of $4000 this

Emily has such a beautiful spirit along with great customer service skills. Emily makes the atmosphere so comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. She such a sweetheart with the best people person attitude that we connected within 30 minutes and she’s my favorite. It hard to find a truly sincere person who has same characteristics as me. The owner is extremely rude. I came in yesterday to make a purchase, browsed the inventory, and asked a few questions and was told to hurry up because he had to pick up his son. He looked all pissed off and was like c'mon, c'mon. The sign says open, doesn't it? It only took me a min to look because there are no prices on anything. Okay, if me giving them my money is an issue, I won't come back. Go to Total Tobacco if you want an owner that will treat you with basic respect.

Was having trouble finding “my” brand. Sent a message from google and got an instant response that not only did they have my brand, but also my flavor! I didn’t have to guess around and waste gas! The pricing is exactly what I pay at the smoke shop across town that I typically buy them from. Great service, thank you!!
