It's a really cool place, but once you get attached to the employees, they are here today and gone tomorrow. Seems like poor ownership. There has to be a reason why people keep leaving.

I love Smoke Of East Point. I moved to Atlanta from Baltimore, Maryland a month ago. As soon as I walked in the shop I knew it was a great place. All of the employees are super nice and really helpful. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they do their best to order it. Nike was one of the first employees that helped me and she was awesome. The shop is black owned. I’ve met the owners and they are very passionate about their business and extremely helpful…

For the past few months, I have noticed different employees come in and out of the shop. You do not get time to get to know them it’s always somebody new. Which means you’re always getting someone that’s being trained or new that just doesn’t know the products that well. The only time I ever get really good Customer service is when their manager Shawn comes to help. But it just seems this place can’t seem to keep the same employees and that’s a shame because it’s a great location and I love the shop itself.

I wasnt sure of what i wanted..the manager inside of this place is so professional...he has a wide range of knowledge for all of his products and made sure that i was satisfied with my purchase..i have been here 3 times and today will make my 4th time going here. Prices are right the selection is wide. The store is clean and really cute inside.
