SmokeBucks are great stores. Always clean and has bright lighting. BUT......there's a gentleman named Chase, and he takes the store to a whole new level. He is on point with his recommendations, big time. Very knowledgeable about all the items they have to offer, and he will always put a smile on your face with his positive energy and happy vibe. I will only shop at the store he is working because it literally makes that much of a difference with him behind the counter.

Return policy is pretty disappointing. I didn't realize it until after purchase that they were Delta 8s instead 9s. They are untouched, sealed and everything and they wouldn't let me exchange or return. Even if you have a receipt they don't do returns.

The all time best place to go for your kratom. They are connoisseurs and cater to your needs. Isaiah is passionate about his job and always makes me look forward to him helping me. My experience here is above and beyond 💯

I recently moved about 15 minutes away from smoke bucks. I still travel to this location though because the service I get here is top notch. Isiah is the MAN!!!! And Sydney always has a smile on her face. They are always so welcoming and so very helpful. They always are genuinely happy to help and they keep the store so clean. I wouldn't care if I had to travel an hour, I would still go to smoke bucks regency just for the simple fact of how good I am always treated when I go there. They also have a cool point system where you earn points for every dollar you spend there and you're able to cash those points in for free merchandise and other prizes. I have a few friends that I sent here and they all were more than happy. Not sure what you're looking for? No problem. Isiah and Sydney are very knowledgeable about all of their products and are more than happy to help you find what best suits your needs. If I could give a hundred Stars I would. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Clearly, and I mean crystal clear: I've never been to this business and I can't tell or differentiate even what they sell.
So, how can I give this location five stars?
The answer to this question is perception and this means a lot, actually it might be worth more than someone that is considered a regular customer.
I use the nearby laundry 🧺 and I can tell you that this location is always clear, well maintained and they have clear signs of their expectations. For a small retail location it's clear that they are doing a lot in a challenging business environment.
They've even got some international interest 🇨🇦 which shows practical good leadership and good business.
