Very neat and organized store with wide range of products, and excellent customer service. Both the owner and the employees are very nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend

I havent been here in a while but when I went in the past the employees were always very disrespectful. I met the owner of the store hes not a bad guy. But all the pipes and bongs here hit way too harsh. I would recommend going to a different smoke shop.

Very nice employees allowed a partial credit cash transaction. They have almost every tobacco item nearly 100 for rolling. And I loved the glass here. An artistic touch. To an already nice atmosphere. Like it says it's a smokers hide out! But a great find!

I usually visit the East Riverside location, but I was just as impressed with the selection of glass, juice, & CBD products. Very modern and clean look on the interior. 10/10 Customer Service and a convenient Smoker's Hideout location in South Austin.

Great place with everything you need. Their glassware is beautiful and made by a nice variety of artists, many of them local. Friendly, helpful staff. This is a solid spot.
