Had a problem with a vape cartridge that I received for my birthday and it wasn’t working properly. Every single employee in the shop made sure I got exactly what I needed it down to every specific I was 110% satisfied with the turn out and I am not easy going and I highly recommend this specific location off of 11th St. they go above and beyond and certainly care about their customers not only will I be returning, but will everybody else that I know.

I was in a hurry and needed to find disposables at a good price. He hooked me up with a 2 for 20 deal. I got a Hollywood by Hulk Hogan and a Mike Tyson 7000 puff. They were well worth the price and so tasty. At checkout, he hooked me up with 3 bonus Bugatti disposables for only $.01 each! They were awesome. Best deal I have ever found on quality disposables.

Beware: the location on 11th sells expired juice! I have returned to this store more than a dozen times for juice and coils as the location is convenient but half the time the juice they sell me is expired. However, the employees are very kind. Last time I came in and requested a non expired bottle of juice they went thru every package to find one that had yet to expire. Turns out nearly all of their juice is expired. A shame I have given this business so much money for expired product. Make sure to check that the juice you are buying isnt expired before paying as they will not refund anything. Usually if the juice is only a bit past the expiration date it's still ok but I would rather not pay for expired product regardless, especially if it is long past the expiration date because the flavor is horrible. I havent been too bothered by this until recently when they sold me a bottle of juice 2 YEARS expired, it was unusable the taste was so bad. It's a shame there's no regulation against this or I would report this business. I have bought coils from them without issue, and I should reiterate how kind the employees are.

Every time I come in this store it's a really weird vibe. The chick will help me and then the dude comes over like I'm doing something weird or wrong and today he showed me his gun and he asked me if I was uncomfortable with guns which I'm not but it's just always feels like when I come in like im being judged immediately and I'm not sure what I did or why. I don't know I'm probably never coming back to this store
