I went to this place back in January, I live almost an hour away. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The girl when you first walk in was not in the mood to smile or respond to my hello, lol lol. Me: Hello (big smile) it's my first time here. Her: Medicinal or Recreational? I had to ask her to repeat because she said it so quickly. When I to the back the young lady with the crochet hat, earring in her nose told me they didn't have much flower in stock. I told her what I wanted out of the flower she made some suggestions but told me she don't do flowers, I asked her what she does she said prerolls, so I guess I was on my own. I was hoping the guy next to her would chime in to help me out but nothing. Well because I didn't want to waste no more of my time trying to be my own sales person I purchased a flower at $50 my intent was to get more because my drive is far and I am busy but I wasn't feeling it. Before I left the counter I googled and found another dispensary not too far away, I went there and the vibes, the people were welcoming, and the inventory was on point. I must say though the $50 flower I did get from here was really good but it's not the spot for me.

I had a great experience with Ethan. He took the time to help me select something that would work best for my needs and didn’t try to push a sale. He took the time to go through the different options, types and the value for your money’s. I will come back again to this store due to my experience. Hopefully the next person can meet the bar that Ethan has set.

Recently started working at the village town center not too far from here. I travel about 40 mins to and from work, so I make sure at the end of my days to get a pre-roll to fix my mood before my long drive back. With that being said…Everytime I’m assisted by Shaun’s lovely/pretty self I leave the store with a smile on my face. It’s always a pleasant experience when she helps me. She’s a vibe, looks out on deals, and is fast. I’m a fan of this place, and her! Will be back many times, give her a raise!

Best Dispensary hands down!!! Staff is amazing & extremely polite. In this economy their prices are top tier with good products. Establishment is clean & smells really nice!!! If you’re in the Towson/Mount Washington area please stop by, you won’t be disappointed! Oh & they have a reward system that offers great discounts & free perks!!!

Had a mix up here once and had a frustrating experience with a specific employee which is the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. Great service from Whitney, who helped me today and has helped me several times has always been and continues to be extremely kind and helpful as does the majority of the staff I've dealt with. Selection is good. Deals are good. Sometimes the wait time can be a little long but they do their best to keep things moving as quickly as possible in my experience. Definitely would recommend especially if you are local

Me and my partner usually buy from here sometimes, solid prices and staff but today we bought some carts and one of them was defective. I attempted to call with no response. I even tried to use their curbside line to see anyone would pick up there (or at least redirect me to someone who can help) and was hung up on multiple times. I totally understand manufacture defects happen, but if we lived further it would be a bummer to have to drive back without knowing if they’ll take it or not. Just food for thought.
