Been about 2 months that have been stopping in every other week. I get bad insomnia bouts & your products have assisted me getting an overall decent nightly slumber. I won't get into products & names but will say I'm pleased. When have come in all employees from the front greeter to sales reps all are friendly & knowledgeable. Earlier (2/19) Kevin assisted me & my friend. He did us both very good. Was another pleasant visit. Kevin hooked us up nicely & we even got a 25% discount off total spent.! Will be returning soon. Excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to assisting me as a medical patient. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me select the right medication without any pressure. The pickup process was smooth and stress-free. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly well-informed. This was one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be returning.

This place does bad business. The workers are nice but not trained well. New managers needed. Managers that put medical patients first. Had person leave order at drive thru that was infront of me. Then they seen they forgot it , just as I put in park at drive thru window. Then said driver put in reverse and backed up onto me , almost. Just missed me by an inch. The employee then got my pre-order messed up as well. I sat there for a while, probably twenty five more minutes. Just to have her mess up my whole medical card . Could only get few days worth after that until it was fixed. Was not fun, matter of fact it cost me and I had no medicine. I drive almost an hour each way to any dispensary. I see medical patients standing in line waiting on rec buyer's as the product most needed is bought before most med patients can. Shouldn't it be the other way, get real dispensaries, or loose medical patients. Every dispensary in my area is doing this. My hopes are that you keep the commitment that everyone of you post . Medical patients is number one priority. Try having a menu that medical patients can actually get what they need , like all of you said . Keep your word and be more professional, before the state takes it back . Because right now I would vote to reverse course just so I could get the cancer helping medicine I need , so others aren't just using recreational.

Over charged by 50% of our total. Called and manager said the website wasn't turned over after close so the deal offered to me wasn't valid even though I'd already checked out. They over charge illegally. Bait and switch. Avoid this dispensary at all costs. Rise in Lorain or beyond hello in Mansfield have it down pat and are cheaper with better sales. Best of luck!

honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! the entire staff is SO friendly, so knowledgeable and when i say always i mean ALWAYS in a great mood and have a genuine smile for you. like major major kudos to the staff here, because that's what really keeps me coming back. now the thing that brought me was the amazing products and constant deals. if you need a dispo, come here.
