Store won’t honor defective product exchange. Wasted money for a broken vape. Being the law requires exchange regardless of policy they give you analogy “it’s like buying food from grocery store and getting food poisoning”. Actually, no that’s not how that works. Rep was Rude and combative. Won’t be going back.

Started coming in since "Mr. Bee's" closed down on St. Mary's. I have visited 4 or 5 times. Each time I receive good service. I pick up 3 bottles of 30ml with salt nic. They are the only place I know that can make a strawberry custard with descent flavor. Stopped back in on 11/4/23 and now told they don't know how to make it. No effort to figure out how or anything. Just lost a customer. No way to contact owner.

The staff is always remarkably friendly at every location, super chill, however I'm hesitant to come back to this specific store. Location aside, staff always seem eager to help, but are distracted by either T.V. or something else. Look, I get it, and it doesn't bother me as I live vicariously through these folks for that reason, but the last two times I've been there I've asked for a strong serving menthol in my order of liquid, And following that I've had to take it to the location on Tanque Verde to get it fixed while I'm at work because they just forget to put any in, which takes away from what time I do have. And I would circle around however, I don't notice until later that night or the next day. They're always apologetic, and the gentleman at the Tanque Verde Store is always just as helpful, and is super upbeat. If I stay with Vape Zone I'll just be going to him. I love Vape Zone for the chill atmosphere, but the grant store staff always seem to miss In this one area.

We just went to vape zone smoke less on Valencia, and I'm new around here. And I was trying to help the guy out with the heart glasses. And he robbed me with $10. My recent change was supposed to be $62 and some change. But I was trying to help him out, but given Him a ten dollar for to fives n he robbed me!! And you didn't give me back $72 and change. I'll never go there again
