Normally I get exceptional service here, and I use this shop to buy all of my vape pens. However, I bought a pen and as soon as I took it out of the box it was dysfunctional. Immediately I called the store and they said that they can not take it back, So basically they sold me a broken product and didn't offer any refund, replacement or discounts. Therefore, I will just take my business elsewhere.

I usually love this store, there prices are unbeatable, the workers are amazing and always very friendly, I come here almost everyday, however today I bought a bong from them and before I could even use it it fell apart when I went to return in they didn't have the same one or any similar so I had to exchange it for a cheap one that I never wanted. Very disappointed will not be coming back😪

Its always been fun going into this store. They have a surprisingly wide variety of things to buy! But they sold me cigarillos when i wanted leaf's! That is a NO NO!
