Great employees. One thing as a social review influencer- I will always recommend this place. However, the product purchased worked for about 2 hours. Now, there is no flavor to it at all. I’m guessing it is a manufacturer error.

Was a big fan of this store but after my last shopping experience. I Will not be going back! Took away promo points also sold me a dysfunctional pen. Called to see what can be done and was only offered 20% off. My pen is full and died right after I bought it. Let them know I would leave review and exact words “ I dont care we will delete it” Unfortunately if you sell broken items they should be replaced. I would recommend better customer service and training.

Ash was so amazing he had perfect customer service and helps me out even though it took forever I'm sorry about that by the way but you are a good man and I really appreciate all the help and all the information that you gave me to finally find a product that I like among all of the products that you have this store has everything anybody needs. JUST AMAZING!!! I am forever coming here. Just down right amazing!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. They give wonderful customer service. Couldn’t be any better.
