Be careful most of the hookah flavors are expired, or old, but they keep claiming they bring new flavors every week. When u smoke the flavor you will see the difference. I bought this tonight but it's already expired

Good prices on people cigarettes and other items friendly staff seems like these places are trying to double tax had to call them out every time I take. the neighbor, had to wait for parking busy place.

Don't buy anything from them they are always selling an expired hookah flavors or old.

I've been a loyal customer of tobacco and vape since before the pandemic, and I've always appreciated the service and products offered. However, I recently had a disappointing experience when I purchased a simple inexpensive item made of poor-quality glass. Unfortunately, when I tried to exchange it, management alone refused to accept the exchange, despite the obvious defects in the product. Also considering there are buckets of broken pieces of the same caliber of the product I purchased sitting at the register As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and understanding, especially given the circumstances. It's disheartening to see that customer loyalty and product quality are not valued as much as they should be. I hope Tobacco & Vape reconsiders its policies and improves its approach to customer service, especially for those who have supported the business through tough times. There are hundreds if not thousand of other shops nearby that offer better service, a wider variety of products, and a more welcoming atmosphere. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. With tobacco shops on nearly every corner, you'd think this one would step up its game, but unfortunately, it falls far short.
