i get the no exchange policy, but if you just left, pointed at the right strength nicotine product, but they couldnt separate the strengths and handed you the wrong one, like 10 minutes ago, and you hadnt even opened the product, there should be some allowance. thanks for screwing me

They have great customer service. Very welcoming and informative! Big store and great atmosphere! They even had a bubble gum machine with quarters! The cigar room was amazing! Huge! And they had 20% off all cigars!! I will def be coming back for their deals!
