Best place I've been in Memphis. I come here all the way from Florida to visit family and I always stop here every time for the Hyde Vape pens and staff. The people are blunt and honest while being informed and genuine about tailoring your smoke preference to the product you buy. Ask questions about what the products do and ask for recommendations... Trust me. You're probably going to be able to try something else new and enjoy that more than your previous favorite. This store always has items in stock or will get the item you want. Top notch service hands down.

They have good selection of disposable vapes. The larger guy behind the counter isn’t very friendly. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by being in the store. Great place if you don’t need to ask any questions to get what you need but don’t expect any customer service.

Honestly one of the best if not the best, smoke shops around. Specifically for disposable vapes, they have the largest and and most varied inventory. I've tried multiple other shops in Memphis only to find that they have 3 or 4 brands and the brands capes they offer only last me a few days(using the max or pro versions). This shop isn't on my daily route but I always find time to come and stock up for the next few weeks. Shout out to the manager there Jennifer!!!

I purchased a new coil for my vape and it didn't work. So I went to get another one because the one I purchased the day before didn't work. The lil girl that calls herself the manager charged me for a new one. I had my receipt for the one that didn't work. I use to buy all my cigars from here they have lost a good customer from a bad experience with a lil girl trying to be a manager of one person lmao. These people don't do refunds or replacements when there defective products don't work!!

The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. The blonde girl acts like she doesn't want you to be in her store. Come to find out from other reviews that she is the manager. One day, I was in as a shipment of new products were received. I showed interest in buying one of the products. I asked how long it takes to get things into the system and ready to sell(being a former retail manager myself, I know it takes literally a couple of mins to create a SKU). I was sharply told by the blonde girl that "it will be at least 2 hours" and one of her employees gave me that look, like, "sorry dude" and I just went with it. Still, awesome shop with awesome selection and employees, just needs a more customer service oriented manager.
