I must say I frequent here quite often and other locations. And I never had an issue per say with anyone. I get that everyone has their days but this new employee apparently has one every day. Well, I’ve at least got to experience it twice now. Was so rude the first time I left like wow okay. To when I walked in this evening and seen this same employee, I was like ahh and told myself hope they are having a better day, greeted them with a bright hello etc. they greeted back all felt great. Then as they approached, they just sat there. Horrible customer service, I asked about something another tender put me on last time I was in and received a snarky comment. I asked about something else and just got “okay is that what you want?” um like no I want to see I want you to tell me about this please. Left me feeling like this is your job, right? Did you not interview for this? What did you show there because you sure aren’t performing on the floor, in my opinion. Then took a phone call, which is fine but I felt they were even rude talking with the customer on the line. I’m to the point where if I go back in and this individual is working, I much rather turn around and take my business elsewhere.

A great product good selection very good tenders everybody's very knowledgeable very helpful very friendly it's they've got a lot of specials so I recommend it highly

**WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN** My husband and I have been going to the other Top Shelf on the other side of town. Very nice people...UNTIL I went to this one. We spent a fair amount too. This tall lanky dude was so beyond rude. I normally putting decent and nice reviews...NOPE THIS GUY WAS A TOTAL ASSHAT. This guy was so rude that Im still pissed a week later. 😤 Just because the same people own Top Shelf...doesnt mean they hired the best. This guy was a total 100% JERK. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Beware!! I purchased an infused pre-roll for $20 . When I arrived at home to smoke it, the container it came in was empty. I returned to the store the next day because they were already closed the night before, and the same guy that sold it to me advised well sorry, all I can offer you is 10 percent off my next purchase. So they ripped me off . I can't be the only one this has happen to. So make sure you ask to see your joint purchases before you leave. Update!!!!! I was contacted by the store manager James, who not only apologized for the experience I had, but also made it right by replacing the item we did not receive. He was very professional, and happy to accommodate me. He said once in a great while this can happen, but it is not a regular practice with their company. I appreciated him reaching out and making things right. I will for sure be doing business with them in the future. THANK YOU JAMES, AND THANK YOU TOO TOP SHELF!!!!
