Great Dispensary and Amazing staff. i always walk out happy. Everyone who works there is so nice and helps answer any questions I have. I can't speak enough good things about the Lake City. FL location!

I will never go in this store again! Went in with my sister, we both have cards and she had placed an order ahead of time and I wanted to look at there deals in the bin and see if they had the Trulieve Glass Cirrus Bubbler! We have always went together and went to the checkout at the same time, in all the years I’ve been going to Trulieve I have Never had a problem and today they wouldn’t let me go to the same register! I was the next customer in line, so what’s the harm? Again in over 2 years have never had a problem! So you can keep your products and I’ll take my business elsewhere! No I Wouldn’t recommend this Store to anyone ‼️

I'm a frequent shopper at trulyb.I've never been to this exact location.This is my first time, and upon walking in everyone seemed, you know, very quiet into themselves.But the manager had to come out to give me my five dollar discount, and I complimented her on a tattoo that she had on her arm.That was showing, and she gave me an attitude about how it was celtic and I just feel like its Not really the customer service I was expecting.Maybe new management would be appropriate. To not scare off customes ....

The two time I have ben in the lake city dispensary have now become the place I will go to every time. The people is so nice and very helpful. When I leave I dont fill like I was doing something wrong.

this store is awesome the employees are super nice & extremely helpful. I heard it was a busy store from another patron it wasn't that busy while I visiting the store or atleast it didn't seem that busy to me 🤔 overall it's a nice shop with friendly staff ☺️
