I ordered $200+ in concentrates for pickup and never received ANY word regarding my order until I arrived to find out concentrates are medical only. That’s fine, except I called 5/6 times during my 40 minute drive to inquire about my order but not one call was answered. I arrived to see that they had more than enough employees on duty, they were simply choosing to neglect their responsibilities and leave 2 other staff members to do their jobs. To top it all off, I was charged for an extra 3.5 and didn’t realize until I got home. I tried calling 1 more time to sort things out but I’m sure you can guess how that went:) Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because what I ended up buying was good quality.

I absolutely love this place. I come here every time I need something high quality and they always have an amazing selection. Priscilla is one of the loveliest, sweetest, most helpful employees I have ever encountered at any dispensary! Honestly I just come in sometimes to say hi! . 10/10 will be coming back here for sure!

I have become very disappointed with this store lately. I have now had two orders in two days canceled. The order was placed online before the store even opened. How could you sell out of product before you even open? On top of that there was no care at all from the staff the lady literally hung up on me so rude and dismissive. She made no attempt to apologize she just made excuses and didn't offer anything to try and make it right either I may never return to Trulieve again there are so many options in Rockville maybe treat your customers right and not be so rude....

I'm a medical patient suffering neck, back and hip issues. I placed a medical order 30 min before closing; tge order was eaccpeted. I traveled 35 minutes to retrieve it. I arrived at 8:50 pm. I was allowed in, awhile standing in line I was turned away by the front desk register. He stated, " we have enough people in line already." I placed my order 45 minutes prior to arrival. The door was open, I was allowed in but because their financial quota was met for the day. They turned away a medical client. I'll be filing a complaint with the state about this.YOU CLOSE AT 9P ON SATURDAYS. NOT 8:50P. YOU VIOLATED MY LEGAL RIGHT AS A MEDICAL PATIENT. NOT TO MENTION YOU ALLOWED 2 PEOPLE WHO ALSO WERE IN LINE AND NOT YET REGISTERED TO GO IN AFTER THE 8:50P CUT OFF I WAS GIVEN. I COULD SAY IT WAS RACIAL BEING AS THO BOTH MEN ALLOWED WERE WHITE APPEARING, BUT ILL LEAVE IT AT THAT. According to state law, dispensaries must provide qualified patients and registered caregivers either (1) exclusive access to the licensed premises for at least one hour per day or (2) a dedicated service line for the duration of operating hours.

Absolutely love this place! I drive past two other dispensaries to get to them. Prices are excellent. Quality is on point. The best part is the people. Everyone is friendly & helpful & they will remember your name. A couple of small mistakes were handled professionally & wonderfully. I am a loyal customer & recommend Trulieve Rockville wholeheartedly.
