Ive been coming to this store for about 2 years. I dont know what was going on before but they finally got the management right I want to take a moment to recognize Katiria Luna, the manager , has shown me a level of exceptional dedication and outstanding customer service. Katiria consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness truly set her apart. It’s clear that she leads by example—her commitment to excellence reflects not only in her interactions but also in the positive atmosphere of the entire store. She takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure each visit is a great experience. That level of care and attention makes a lasting impression

This is my favorite dispensary I have tried in Tallahassee! Trulieve offers a great product at a great price, but the real difference comes down to service and the environment at each store. Rae and the rest of the staff at Trulieve Tennessee St. are always very friendly, knowledgeable on the products, and have great suggestions and tips to help me out.
