This place is awesome. My sister brought me in yesterday for the first time, and I went on a crystal spree! Really reasonable pricing, super friendly staff, and sooo much to look at.
I picked up some beautiful crystals, smudging goods, and a few herbal prerolls that I'm pretty stoked about!
A must visit if your in the area! Lots of natural products to check out. They also let us bring in my small 4-legged fur nephew, which was super sweet.

Really cool selection of crystals, extracts, rocks and other cool stuff. Staff is very friendly. Prices are OK. They carry some unique stuff. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a great experience here a couple weeks ago. On our way home from a weekend zipline getaway, we stopped in after passing by earlier. We gave the young lady working our ailments and she immediately showed us several items and a great deal of knowledge about each one. After I felt properly informed, i made a few selections and my daughter and I were on our way. I would like to thank the ladies working, and let them know their items have helped tremendously. Thank you! We will be back!

Normally I really love this place and all of its associates but today I went to the Oakland location and felt like the person who helped me was rather shallow and fake. He talked really loud and didn’t ask me if I had been there before or anything. I had to ask if he could put my name into the system. He made a point to tell me it wouldn’t help and nothing i bought would be discounted. He didn’t match the vibe and didn’t make me feel welcome or helped.
Here to update and say my experience gets worse and worse every time I go in. The same guy is still there and still just as condescending. I really enjoy their products but I get uncomfortable every time he’s ringing me up. bad vibes

It actually makes me sad to have to share this review. I am a longtime customer of both locations. The people currently employed in the Oakland store are rude and snobby. And they sold me a candle that will not stay lit. I tried to light it over and over, so now they say that they will not accept a return because “it is used.” Not used. I WANT to use it but that’s not possible. I buy candles literally everywhere from Walmart to street fairs and have never encountered this problem. And TT will not stand behind their product with a refund or replacement even for a longtime customer. This does not bode well for the quality of their other merchandise much of which is edible, or should be edible. Now I have to consider all of their products suspect in quality. And the employees treated me as if I was a pariah on top of it all. There are many of these types of stores locally. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
