Horrible customer service, you will not receive help if anything goes wrong. I wasn't given a chance to fairly correct a simple mistake that wasn't even their fault AND accused of lying on top of it. I bought an expensive item that was electronic 3 days ago and it completely stopped working on its own. They didn't even offer a receipt for my purchase but offered money off for cash. When I went to exchange my broken item, I was literally accused of lying. They actually told me that they think I'm the one that broke a defective item THEY sold me because I didn't have a receipt that they never gave me. But instead could offer half off another item.

Where the magic Happens! Seriously, this is like the best smoke shop. I was originally recommended by a very close friend, whereas they just made me go into the shop and see for myself. The space is so eccentric and full of color. They have a large repertoire of almost anything smoke/THC/vape/bog related! Like I've mentioned on another review, Mike is practically everywhere and the best sells-men. The location of the shop is on the corner of the street, so its usually no parking and its on a main street. So be careful. I felt like I could stay in the shop for hours and its attracts all walks of people (I am a people-person) so I just love, love, loved my experience there. Once again, Shout-Out to Mike! You're the best.
