The customer service is 50/50 either very friendly or angry that a customer dare disturb them. I have bought a few disposable nicotine devices and they are iffy BUT I will say they let you try them in store. I find this place a bit pricier than most places. Good store and product though. It would have been helpful if he had provided me with information about their website for online applications instead of brushing me off so rudely. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers hiring staff who understand the importance of courteous communication. A decent manager or team member could greatly improve the customer experience.
