No nonsense place for all your vape needs. Alway have an abundance of inventory, and the best part is that it doesn't reek of that feeling other vape shops give where you walk in and it feels like you're interrupting them and makes the experience very awkward. I'm sure others can relate. But yeah this place is great, friendly staff. I come in every once in awhile with my dog to pick up some juice whenever I run out.

This is the BEST vape store I've ever been to. The staff is AMAZING (especially Frank). They carry so many products and vape juices and care about their customers. I love that I can ask questions here without getting condescending answers , which unfortunately is a rare occurrence for vape shops. The rewards program is also SO GOOD. Also I know I mentioned Frank already but that man has ensured my loyalty to this store for life (unless I ever quit vaping, fingers crossed...) but he is the epidemy of customer service :)

VapeRack is an awesome vape store. Been a customer for a couple years now. They helped me learn about vaping and find juices that I liked when I first started to quit smoking. They have a great selection of devices and juices that will meet anyone's needs. They offer a good selection of disposable vapes too along with some other products including kratom and beverages.

Went to Vape Rack 2 for the first time, and it was a great experience. I was greeted by Peter as soon as I came in he helped me a ton. Had a couple of laughs. I had ordered all my items the night before and went to pick them up the following afternoon. Such a pleasant shop. Great customer service, all the other customers in the store were fun too. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you Peter for all the help.
