I am not a person who smokes, so I asked what were probably super embarrassing questions, but Adam, who helped me, was extremely nice and put me right at ease. It seemed, to my limited knowledge to be well stocked and reasonably priced. Nice ambiance overall. Easy parking right off of route 9

What a great place. When I first walked in I was impressed with the layout of products. I worked with Adam and he was great . He helped me with some language I didn't understand. He is very knowledgeable and I hope I work with him again. Made for s great Saturday visit!!

Adam hooked me up with a better cart when the one I ordered couldn't be processed in the computer due to a glitch. Even gave me a discount! Quality customer service for sure :)

Customer service has gone downhill rather quickly over the last year. Was willing to pay higher price than other places for the carts for the peace of mind. Nowadays not only do they come with up all kind of comical excuses to avoid refunding faulty, burnt, and clogged carts, they also have no idea what they are selling. I pointed to the poster on the wall directly behind the counter specifically wanting a Cusco AIO, they gave me a different one branded high supply, which feels cheaper and doesn’t come with all the functions posted on the poster, but the cashier insisted on it being the same. Have happened several times where they mess up my order but I just let it go. I will be visiting over disp in the area now. Keep up the good work guys.

Every visit to Verilife has been excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to patiently answer all my product questions with genuine care. Their rotating deals are always worth checking out, and I appreciate the attention to detail—even their seasonal decorations (like the awesome spooky setup) show how much they care about creating a welcoming atmosphere. We reviewed this place 6 months ago on our first visit, and have been a steady customer since Emily first made the experience a good one. I'm re-reviewing six months later just to add Dillion's name as he absolutely killed it tonight for us and guaranteed we would end the year not absolutely miserable. Props to him, 100%!

This place is always rad and super helpful. Always have some good deals and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Dylan stands out, he had answers and numbers ready for us even when they had an issue with their site not showing sales. I couldn’t have asked for better help.

Excellent dispensary in a great spot in downtown Galena. They make ordering online for pick-up super easy, have a wide variety of products, and you can browse products visually in the front room before placing your order if you opt to order at the in-store kiosk. The staff have also been top tier. John helped me out the first time I was there, and he guided me to some gummies that have helped my insomnia immensely. He was kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly. One of the managers, Nate, has also been rad to deal with and really prompt with answering questions I had about a product I ordered. This is definitely the best dispensary I've visited in IL. Check it out!

Kat is great . Super friendly super cool. The rest of staff are pretty awesome. Great place, but………Just wish they stocked more types of insa troches and other types like rso, and live rosin troches. Only seem to carry troches that consist of thc oil which is a bit too one dimensional and weak in my book. But, I digress. Byeeee

I got to see Shawnna once again! And once again I had a wonderful experience. There was a weird mix up with my order and she fixed it no problem. She also changed my nickname in system when it wasn’t saved last time. She’s such a great worker and I can tell she truly loves her job.

So… this was my 2nd time there. Not gonna lie it was an unpleasant start. Amanda w/ the long orangeish red hair(she was wearing a beany) was very unfriendly, and sorta confrontational/RUDE. However, once I got the back, I was greeted by a very friendly guy named Kyi! He was very helpful, kind, and gave me great costumer service which lightened my mood, and put a smile on my face. I HIGHLY recommend him. Seemed like an overall great guy, and good person. Total TEN STARS for that guy Kyi! Not so much Amanda… definitely a low 1 for her, but Kyi TOP 10!

I love this place. It’s like the best. My favorite place and Kyi is the kindest most empathetic young man I’ve met in a long time. This place is healing and happiness. Keep up the good work guys.

All staff members were very polite/respectful — the retail space was clean and not overly crowded. The deal I got was also very good, I’d say the best in the area for this product. LJ was a pleasure to do business with — she was very professional, efficient and kind. I’d spoken with her a few times before on the phone and all interactions with her have been fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more as a first time customer.

I started coming to this dispensary a few months ago, I have social anxiety so I always liked where I went to be curbside, but then I decided to try this place, I got out of the comfort zone of my car, super nervous, but after walking in the staff was so nice and welcoming. The 1st time coming in I met Al he was the one to help me with my 1st order there, and I see him almost every time I go. Weather he is the one assisting me that day or someone else he makes sure he welcomes you in, he always has such a warm upbeat attitude, he is good for giving recommendations on what to try and makes sure you get the best deals possible

This was my first time at this location and I had a great experience! I usually just go in and ask for recommendations on the best products based on how I like to feel. Every time I’ve done this elsewhere I’m left with nothing even close to what I want. However, today Donato helped me and the products he recommended are exactly how he said they’d be! I’ll be going to this location from now on. I also would like to add how friendly the gentleman at the check in door was. All around a very pleasant experience!

CASH ONLY!!! matter flower is back!!! 1st visit so it took a little longer to get to the back to pick up my pre-order cuz had to do the normal paperwork since I was new, I'm a medical patient who gets a 30% discount for being indigent. I will be back cuz I 💚 matter flower!!! Picked up 5/2.83g jars for $70.20 with tax. Very friendly and a relaxed environment, with a wide open sales floor with multitude display cases with samples product packaging in it, there empty and just used for display have to get the actual product by ordering and picking up at the counter with a budtender. Also I didn't feel rushed. When you first walk in you're met by reception and a glass wall that lets you see through to the dispensary, something unique about this dispensary is they have a window that you can see to the back where they've got orders ready to go in the bins. This dispensary is set up go in one door and then go out another door to the parking lot which has plenty of parking. At this time they don't have any sort of app for payments, it's cash only and they do have an ATM on site.

I've been here several times and it's always great. My first two visits were with Cat and they made it such a great experience I had to come back. Everyone on the staff has been nothing but kind and efficient. I've only had one small issue with a product and I was told what to do if that happened again which was super helpful! This place has good deals but the service is top shelf. Thank you, I'll be back!

When you enter there is a man at the door that scans your ID and doesn’t let you in until it’s verified the door is locked, they let you put your ID up only to check it again when you order at the kiosk and then AGAIN at checkout. What is the point of checking it 3 times after it’s already been scanned and had to be let in via a door guard.It’s not a good customer experience, almost feels like I’m doing something wrong. The flower is trash though. The carts are good though.

Don't get any of this farms products FARKAS FARMS this was the worst thing I ever purchased from them. Looks,taste like potpourri no high at all. It is called banana headband and is definitely trash. The Matter brand that they carry is way better

Fully transparent review. This place is cool but it needs more selection. They dont carry enough concentrate to last them a week and its overpriced. Its good quality and the staff is friendly unless I call them and ask for help. They wouldn't go check and see if they had stock in the back they told me to drive up there. I drove to Uplift instead.

this place hasn’t had any wax/dabs in literal weeks!!! (that’s literally all i smoke 99% of the time) i called up there 2 different times and nobody knows when anything is coming in, or even when there truck comes or if there gonna ever even get any i was told??? WHOEVER IS DOING TRUCK ORDERS, DO BETTER AT UR JOB!!! a dispensary with no dabs is like a candy store with no candy. and the employees literally know nothing about truck. i live 2 mins away from this dispensary but just have to go to the mt. orb one uplift and i would have to agree with what another review i saw on here say and that is the mt. orb dispensary is 10x better, better products, better variety, better service (that i’ve experienced personally), better atmosphere/building better seating areas/ better system to get people in and out of the place, the mt. orb one has royalty points, that stack very quickly! they have what they call a “last call” sheet where everything on it is 50% off, they do this in order to get the older products out and get in new ones! which i REALLY enjoy that. and i could go on and with detail but ill stop there, quite literally uplift is better in every way imo! i will not be going back to this one ill happily drive my 30 mins instead! highly disappointed is this depo :(

Recently, I stopped at your dispensary to pick up some products. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Dillon. I had many questions about the different products available, and he had excellent product knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I had the pleasure of working with TyTy a few weeks ago and they were incredible about helping me through my preferences and finding me some products without me having to pick up a menu because the recommendations were SO good. The patience, attention to detail, and warm energy were hallmarks of my visit :) Now that it’s time for a restock, I could drive to a closer dispensary, but will be going out of my way to visit later this morning. Update, I reached out to customer service and a different manager invited me back to take care of the error, he also provided me a one time discount for the inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to customer service. I came back today and it was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile! Thanks so much for making this right for me. The manager was very rude about not honoring a sale price shown on a third party app, saying they don’t use that platform (Leafly). I selected this store and my order based on this advertised sale and was charged double because their website didn’t reflect the same price, but they have a sign right out front saying they will price match, but the manager seemed very pleased to tell me that nope they won’t honor that and nope they can’t help. He was incredibly rude and condescending and seemed so glib and proud to let me down and send me on my way unhappy. Guess I shouldn’t have let the sales sway me as this place is consistently the highest process, worst attitudes and mediocre product.

Today Ricardo was above and beyond he took the time to explain to me about Vapes and how to tell the difference if one is clogged or not clogged when The vape is low he took care of me in a very nice way! I'm always welcomed with such joy mostly from Melanie at the front desk or another staff member if she's not there! It starts off my visit always so positive and I always leave so happy she and the entire staff are always so great to me! And once again today proved again how great I was treated and taking care of!
