Workers are very engaging !! I love it when they open the self checkouts cuz the people scanning for us are really fast ! I wish other customers like me were more understanding of them closing them because I’ve seen a lot of them be very rude to workers 😞 bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but the customer service is good !

So disappointed in this walmart I understand that the bakery has orders but 2.5 days before party I went to order a simple 8 in single layer cake and dozen of cupcakes and was told no I couldn't. Then trying to find someone to help me with this issue was just as bad. Most the employees were having little gossip sessions. Definitely need a manager that can manage this store efficiently. I'll continue to drive to the wasco walmart where the manager is always on the floor

This past Friday, July 19, 2024, I took my dad's car in for an oil change--for the first and, most likely, the last time. After the oil change, the car operated flawlessly until my dad realized it was dragging while heading to work. It was dragging because the undercar shield was disconnected from below. I took it back to the Walmart associate and informed them of the issue. They removed the broken piece (as shown in the picture) and began to claim that it had been placed perfectly after an oil change and that they had surveillance footage showing the mechanic had replaced it correctly. However, they did not show this to me, giving the impression that they were attempting to hide something (which was undoubtedly to protect their reputation) and this is the first time I've ever took an oil change in this location. They wouldn't even take action to make up for their error. PLEASE NOTE THIS DELANO BRANCH IF YOU ARE READING THIS. Without hesitation, I would have given them a negative rating! I now need to take it to the dealership in order to get the parts changed. Many thanks to WalMart in Delano. ,,i,,

I love what they did with this store a while back. Service to me is ok. Store is usually nice and clutter free. I enjoy shopping there

I give a 5 star rating to the Pick Up Department! I'm not a huge fan of shopping in the store, but I can always rely on the pick up team to get my order correct all the time. I'm glad there is now a simpler and convenient option for those of us that simply just want to pick up and go. Delivery is also an option if you prefer to have your groceries delivered to your door.
