Matthew makes my day every time I come in! They are the epitome of what a good employee looks like and should frankly be given several raises. Like, everyone at this place is amazing, but just seeing Matthew’s happy face puts the biggest smile on mine. You got a winner there! Pay them more!

This was my first time visiting Zen Leaf. I drove to this one specifically based on what they had available on the menu and the 50% off promo code I had. Service was fast, first time paperwork wasn't even a full page to fill out, and Matthew was friendly, bright, and informative.

Normally never have any issues with this location. However my latest interaction was not the best. I placed an order around noon with the intention of picking up after work around 5. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told the systems were down and nothing could be processed. I understand things happen out of my control but for an order to be placed and told it's ready for pick up for almost 4 hours just to drive up there and be turned away has left me feeling it may be time to find a new spot.

Was going to be a first time customer here. The websites isnt very clear on how or what discounts and sales calculate. Was expecting a first time customer discount, but did not receive what I was expecting. There was no other offer from the cashiers and they acted quite rude as they could care less. Canceled the order and left. There are plenty of other places to shop, do your research and go somewhere else.

Can’t do something as basic as list their hours correctly. Waste of time with little respect for their customers clearly. Hours said they closed at 8 so I placed an online order to take advantage of a deal to pick up between 7-8 only to arrive and be told they closed at 7 and then proceeded to tell me I would not be able to take advantage of the deal anymore. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful, only reason I’ll go back is to use up my points and then I’m no longer going to be a customer.
