I had my medical card renewed here in December 2025 and zia screwed up my email address so the DOH hasn't issued my card. Zia health is no help trying to resolve the issue. They took my money and don't care if you get your card or not. They are no help. Just go somewhere else for your card.

They were very helpful fast and friendly. They evenhelped me set up my portal! Highly recommend!!

The folks at Zia are great! We’ve renewed our Cannabis cards with them for quite a few years. We take new applicants here, as well, and the staff are exceptional in their ability to really streamline the process! We actually are going to Zia today (8/12) because we have not found another place yet, that treats us as well as they do at Zia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZIA!!! I meant to say that “they” take new applicants here!
