NutraLeaf

I want to love this company. Their product is amazing and I love it.. but their customer service is NONEXISTENT! I've emailed, tried to call and sent messages via Instagram. If you are going to offer a discount code, they should have it usable. It's happened multiple times to get a % off and I go to check out and the codes are unable to add to cart. To then try to reach out for support to get none... very frustrating. I want to continue to use this product but being that it is already one of the more expensive products on the market and terrible customer service I think I'm going to start looking for a better company to support.

update: I now ordered again, because well.. I love the product. They advertise free shipping on orders of $49... my order was $150 and they charged me $5.95 for shipping... I've sent another email likely to not get a reply.

Hands down the best vegan protein powder out there. Most taste all chalky, but not Nutraleaf. Nutraleaf did it right with their rich chocolate flavored powder. 10/10!
