I recently bought a new tank here because they never had coils for my old tank and the lady working told me this single coil would work in it. Well it did not, I kept my receipt and I went in today to get more juice and see if they had the actual coils I needed. I spent almost $50 and they refused to give me credit for the wrong coil that I was sold and told would work. I come here because of the good deal on juices they have had lately and they have the juice I prefer. But you definitely need to work on your customer service. I spend a lot of money in this store on a regular basis and a $5 credit for the coil I bought and couldn’t use would have been good customer service. Peace cloud is right down the street from y’all and I get good customer service there. I work in retail and understand the importance of treating your regular customers well, there’s a lot of competition out there.
