Ok after finding out that, lucky vapor is not at fault for the price of there dope water. I apologize for the negative review I left. Lucky vapor is a an awesome vape shop.

Horrible policies on the vapes they sell. Apparently you need to open every single one purchased and make sure they work before a 3 day period passes. Otherwise they just tell you you're a sucker and better luck next time, basically. Speaks to the quality of product they sell if they won't exchange a completely unused product that doesn't work. Sitting in the store and testing 4 different vapes is unreasonable. You're surrounded by competitors. Do better. Reply to Company Response: So 2 things here. First, $100 a week customer and not once has anyone had me try a vape before leaving. Second, you just swerved the issue of it being completely full (visibly full) and then told me the reason is because you perceive me to be untrustworthy. Customer service is about handling each unique problem efficiently for the customer, not make a blanket statement that all customers are untrustworthy. You lost a customer due to your thick headedness.

I would give them a higher rating if they would have a consistency with their merchandise being in stock once you learn you like something they always seem to be out of it so you try something else and it's a total hit or miss everybody's body is different.

I honestly won't go to any other place if I dont have to. Owner is the most down to earth person and the majority of the staff I great. Products are great and most of the staff is great at answering questions.
