Ever wondered why brick-and-mortar stores are dying out like flies? I recently purchased a vape device from "TJ's Smoke-N-Vape." Friendly and knowledgeable staff; purchase process smooth. However, upon getting home, I realized I already owned the exact same device. I hadn't even opened the box or removed the plastic wrap. When I returned to the store the next day, the attendant informed me that it was against the store owner's policy to issue refunds, even for unopened items. Despite the attendant's polite demeanor, I was left disappointed and out of pocket due to this unreasonable "no returns" policy. One of the main advantages of shopping at a physical store is the ease of returning items. If physical stores can't offer this basic customer service, why should anyone prefer them over the convenience of online shopping? Online stores not only offer cheaper prices but also hassle-free returns. TJ's Smoke-N-Vape's policy is a prime example of why brick-and-mortar stores are struggling to compete!

SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL LACY!!!! I am a reg and everyone who works there has always been great. I see lacy the most and she is awesome and always super helpful. I got cash back so I could give her a tip because she deserves it! Always makes it a pleasant experience. Also their prices are by far best in town especially for thc-a. I tried like 5 other shops and nowhere even came close to their low prices. Also carry cigarettes and snacks lol. Great place and highly recommend!

they asked to leave because my boyfriend said he wanted a water bong but not for tobacco or weed. He immediately asked us to leave.

The staff is amazing, they greet you every time you walk in the door. I've become a regular customer. They are always helpful and very friendly.
