I had the good luck to see Jordan behind the counter. He was approachable, thoughtful, patient , on top of his inventory, He didn’t have product I was looking for and directed me to another Smoke City location. I’ll be back -thanks much Jordan!!

The owner is absolutely lousy. Have gone in one a week for the past 5 weeks and have asked the employees why they are working without ac. Everytime I’m told “ my boss said it will be fixed in a week “ or “ he doesn’t wanna fix it “ not ok. Get a grip. You own a business. I don’t care how cheap you may be, give these people liveable work conditions. You ought to be ashamed and I mean seriously ashamed of yourself. You clearly have no remorse for human life whatsoever

I am here right now at 11:18 and it is closed. However, the sign says the hours are until 12. Based on other comments, it seems like this place is unreliable on their hours. I will look for another smoke shop to going forward.
