I drove out of my way to get here right at opening (9am according to google) door states that opening is 10am. It is a little frustrating that your business hasn't adjusted hours on your best advertising tool (Google)

I have been doing business here for over 8 years and the only people I like to deal with is Corey as well as the young lady although they have one employee who Is In the wrong business as he does not speak does not say hello is very ignorant and when I see him next time I will turn around and walk out!! Also in the past week I visited the store on 3rd street At 9:30 9:45 And no one was there I had to drive up to the Atlantic Boulevard location

My husband bought me a gift for our upcoming trip from this place. I followed the instructions to use the product but it didn't work as expected. I searched for it on YouTube and discovered that it was not producing the correct results. My husband spoke to the seller, but they refused to help. The product cost $278.39 and the seller was not helpful. Find another place to spend your hard earned money with people that stand behind their products! Thank you for your reply but you are saying you are sorry that I did not know how it worked, that is why people use the instructions. Also you are saying that it is the top of the line, that still does not say that it can not malfunction. If you keep reading some of the other comments your products do not stand up to the top of the line description. So I am not the only person that has had problems with the products you sell. No thank you for selling me another one at half price. It's crazy that you try to put the malfunction on me or my husband. Why did you not give options to my husband when he came back up there to talk to you about this item. I had to leave a review to get an option for this item. I believe you have an option to us to make you look good because you surely brushed my husband off when he came back up to the store to talk to you about it. I still say people stay away from this shop. There are other smoke shops out here at the beach like the one across the street.
