I come here because it's the cheapest smoke shop I know in Orange Park. The Raz is only $16.99 +tax. It's clean, the staff is amazing and it's convenient. Don't sleep on C & I Smoke Shop! One thing tho, they are not there to open at 9am on the dot. I will still give them my money 💰 🤑 💸
