Yesterday around 2:30 pm my partner and I entered this shop and a young lady was sitting with this gentleman we saw they were having a session of talking which is understandable this lady was doing her job. When we walked in we did not get greeted or acknowledged by the worker which again was fine she was with a customer. My partner and I left for maybe 10 minutes or less passed by and we saw the gentlemen had left so we decided to go back inside. We entered the shop again the young lady working did not acknowledge us again she said a quick and quiet hi and just stayed on her computer. Usually, when I go to these types of stores I get greeted and the workers typically ask if we need any help to let them know. But this lady simply seemed like she could not be bothered. Keep in mind I traveled almost two hours away to come to this shop. In the end, my partner and I ended up walking out without buying anything, and again as we were walking out not one word was said. As an aside, this store is quite charming and has an excellent selection of merchandise. I don't want to put the girl in trouble by saying this, but she looked disinterested and she just needs to improve her customer service abilities.

Kirren was extremely helpful with helping me pick out CBD for our dogs for our long trip to the east coast. 10/10 recommend!! Prices are great too.

I've been coming to this location for several months now, and have always been happy. My most recent visit, Westin was great, and helped me when I needed help making a decision but didn't make me feel pressured to get anything. They often run sales for certain items or through their rewards platform, which I really appreciate!
