Had an awesome experience with the staff, very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable on my first visit. The staff there were very friendly, unlike other places that I have visited. 👍

What makes this place so special, aside from their vast selection of carefully-curated products, is how knowledgeable their staff is. They are so helpful in answering questions and helping find exactly what you are looking for. They also put on excellent events and have great specials. This is one of the premier smoke shops in Austin.

I have been going to this smoke shop for 2 years now. I went in today for some thca and a vape. It came out to $86. I use my card that i get paid through work. It does not have my name on it and they refused to sell unless it had my name on the card. Worker even called the owner for her to tell me to jump thru hoops to buy an item from her shop. I’m good. Lost a loyal customer today

I unsuccessfully went to 3 other stores until I found what I needed here. No one else had these magnetic adapters and it saved me from having to throw away 2 expensive batteries. wish I came here first but I will next time.
