I was skeptical when I saw some of the recent reviews, but I also saw that the business replied so I gave them a shot. I do not know what these people are talking about because I met one of the owners (Janice I think her name was?) and she was so so helpful! I had been to a few other places and have found they were over priced or had quality. I got home a while ago and have found the best poor quality I have had in years anywhere. The shop is super cute and they seem to have a ton of stock. Looks like they also run sales once or twice a month (I don't remember how many times exactly she said). Place is a bit hard to find, but if you go to the address and walk around the back (follow the signs) you can find it like I did.

They're super friendly, always reliable, and the quality is completely unrivaled compared to any other Kratom I've tried. And the prices are unbeatable for such high quality Kratom. These guys are the BEST!!! Been a loyal customer since 2018 and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Are they still in business? It says to place an order online but I don’t see anything listed on the website, even after registering an account.

Went to this shop hoping to buy some items and waited till the middle of the day for this place to open, never did. Sign outside said open but the backdoor was locked. Yes you have to enter the building from the back, place seems super shady. I suddenly got the feeling I was about to be robbed. Buying drugs in downtown Austin would be less messed up then this place. This is in response to K Botanical response. I work in the service industry so I understand how one bad interaction can sour a reputation or expectation for a person lasting for years. While I took the time to read their response I found the kind of generic excuses given so often by business owners. "Sorry we did not meet your expectation but its not our fault." And that may be true, but telling me how much of a good guy you are saving the community and such is nice. But whatever happened to just giving a simple apology. If you feel I am not owed one then feel free to disregard this and continue doing spectacular business as you would have me or anyone reading this would believe. Lastly and this is just my opinion, feel free to ignore at your own taste but any business that can't be bothered to open before noon is just simply run by someone who is to lazy to get out of bed in a timely manner.

They are always kind, accommodating, and informative. ******************* October 15, 2021 Updating my review from 5 years ago: I have consistently done business with this vendor for nearly 7 years and pleased to say Unicorn Botanicals is the very best! Whether ordering online or living in the greater Austin area, why purchase from any other vendor? As is life, there have been ups and downs, relocations and some changes, but guess what? The product and customer service has not changed at Unicorn Botanical—both are impeccable, as I reported 5 years ago. Having done quite a bit of business travel around the nation, I’ve sometimes not accurately gauged my usage and had to purchase from vendors in the area from where I was working, away from Austin. While unfortunate for me, this experience of trying other products has given me an opportunity to “test” others’ products and have a greater sense of appreciation for MY #1 vendor: Unicorn Botanicals!
