Great selection. They have more than the usual neighborhood cigarette and pipe shop. I got a new Scorch torch. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges...but that's normal. If you're looking for more, this would be a fun shop to browse. They have some high-end items and I had a lot of fun whenever I went there.

The owner was overly unpleasant, asked for nicotine free wraps and he acted completely ignorant and was unwilling to help. Left without purchasing anything, we should stop supporting people who don’t value us.

The service here is always good. They're very helpful and well-mannered and have a great variety with very good prices. They sell some really good stuff for 1/2 the price you would pay buying it directly from the manufacturer.

The gentleman in this store the night I was needing a quick & cheap disposable was very helpful, pleasant a and courteous. I didn't really want to go in only bc of the panhandlers types in the entrance doora but thats what it is over here. But if the guys could just stay away from the entrance could help defere ppl away. Even the customers were friendlys inside. I would come back here again.
