The customer service is unlike any I've encountered in a very long time! They are immensely knowledgeable about their products and they are more than happy to educate surrounding safe/effective use w/o giving any sort of medical advice! 😃 They are a trustworthy source, IMO. I've never had any adverse reactions or problems with their products. I am grateful there is something available to help manage my chronic pain, that does not require a prescription. 🙏 This is all subjective, of course, and everyone will have their own experiences/feelings. This review is not incentivized in any way! I think they are, all in all, the best in their business. I've tried several other vendors who just don't cut it, for me. Metta and Namasté friends!!! 🙏 😃
