Absolutely 1 of my fav smoke shops that I have come across! Unfortunately, Bryan (or Ryan) customer service skills are absolutely terrible. I understand there are certain policies put in place at a business for a reason, but its all about how you handle situations that really matter. Because I have been in retail for some time, you should pick and choose your battles when it comes to customers; somethings just aren't worth the trouble.
I literally bought a Hemp Doctor vape (I've bought a lot of them from here) and the one I purchased just TWO DAYS AGO, I noticed was leaking from the bottom, where the charger port is. I had my sister take it back (because this smoke shop is far from where I live/work. I literally travel 20 + minutes JUST for this Hemp Doctor vape) for an EXCHANGE (not a refund) and he didn't budge to even attempt at making this an enjoyable experience for us. It's already bad enough she traveled 20+ minutes just for us to be turned away. He said because he didn't sell it to me, I had to wait until the person who did, came in for his shift (ridiculous) and the best he could do was sell me ANOTHER VAPE FOR HALF OFF even tho I just purchased this $30 vape TWO DAYS AGO. I am pissssed!

I don’t use vape but from my experience of others and my multiple visits to the store there is such a wide variety or anything tobacco and vape here. The customer service is what brings me in to just say hi to the very sweet ladies that work there. They are very knowledgeable of the stores products and inventory. I know if there is something particular you are searching for the girls will do their very best to help you out and accommodate your needs. Store is very clean well kept and definitely got some cute decor to put a smile on your face.
