Every single product I’ve bought from here has had an issue with it and it’s ridiculously over priced. Vapes always auto fire or have no flavor when they are fresh out the box. I only was coming here for the convenience of it being barely a mile away but I’ll continue going to my old TRUSTWORTHY smoke shop where things actually work and if there is problem with something, it usually gets resolved. Plus prices are amazing. Don’t mind the drive for great people and decent prices. Screw FIRE TOBACCO! Go support STAR 1 TOBACCO

The first time I came to this place I showed my ID he looked at it as if it wasn’t me and kept looking me up and down I let it be … second time I go in there he asks for my ID I didn’t have it on my physically which I didn’t think was a problem because the person in front of me didn’t have an ID nor did I hear him ask for an ID so I showed him my picture and once again he looks at it like it’s not me so at this point i’m thinking is personal bc I looked heavier in my ID picture than I am now .. I asked him if he wanted documents out my car to show that it’s my name he says yes and I was fed up and just told him nevermind I ended up going to another smoke shop and told him about the situation and shows him the ID and he says it looked just like me so i’m not understanding definitely will not be coming back at all .

Nipz is always on time, always very welcoming, fully stocked and if not will make sure he has it for the next day. Loyal to his customers and mostly I love how he learns his customers and makes customer service his priority. He's the best!!! Highly recommend his business!

Bought two GeekBars for the advertised $39.99 and one blew up in my drawer the same morning I opened it. It burned out all the vape and had a burnt smell. The manager along with his workers lack empathy of any kind. They refused to return the defective device. I was a first time customer. They will take your money and make you responsible for their chosen vendors defective products. They probably don’t have any insurance for their product. Beware!
