As I arrived at 6:58pm, my expectations didn't include the 5 star customer care that I received. Some impatience would've been understandable, since the store was closing at 7pm. Despite my tardiness, the fantastic and friendly female associate impressed me with her extensive product knowledge. More importantly, her courtesy and kindness provided the customer care that earns lifetime customers

They don’t quality check the king palms cones so Make sure you check your product before leaving the store as they won’t swap them out. This wasn’t the first time I bought stale king palms from them. I left it in the bag and brought it back the next day thinking it would be okay to swap out (they were unopened) nope. So instead of simply having good customer service and giving me quality product they decided to stand behind no exchanges. I come here often solely for the selection of king palms so this is an issue for me. The stores on the far westside have no problems absolving losses and simply exchanging the product, i guess I’ll take my dollar back to the west side.

We've been going to Dragon Smoke shortly after they opened. We were tired of driving far to go to a reliable smoke shop so they really filled a need for us! Their prices are more than competitive, the shop is very clean (the art in there is incredible), and the staff are so friendly. Tyler is always helpful and directs us where we need to go. If they are out of something or don't have something we're looking for, they always order it. Everything is organized and our questions always get answered. Their loyalty (punch card) system is great and they have daily deals as well! No other smoke shop is as committed to their customers as Dragon is.

I've been going here since I found it about a year or so.
The people who work there have always been friendly and helpful by letting me know if anything new has came out . And the prices are the best I've seen in a long time. Check em out.
