I always love coming to Farmacy! The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Dennis was awesome and gave me great recommendations to try something new. I come all the way here from SF because the experience, prices, and staff are truly top tier!

I've never had a bad experience here, but Madelyn was really exceptional today. Just so lovely and funny and helpful. I've worked in customer service for a really long time and Madelyn would be an asset to any such business.

Recently discovered this place and its my new go to, I live like 30 minutes away but make the drive weekly. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and patient. I Recently started smoking again after like 20 years and everything is very different than it used to be. There was no pressure, the girl talked me through what I was looking for, my needs, and the was able to recommend a few that would ease me back into the world of weed and how to just relax. Not to mention you guys have the best prices and sales around. I don't even bother going to the dispensary 5 minutes from my house anymore.

I’ve been coming here for the last year so and have always enjoyed the pricing of their products. I’ve raised a concern a few times on how it’s strange there’s no sort of loyalty program but none of the staff have really walked me through their process. Recently, I was helped by “Edgar” who was not the most helpful employee. I expressed my frustration with the loyalty program and he started to gaslight me about their app. Now I am aware of the process (points expire every 3 months). I’ve had a pleasant experience with every other employee in the past, but the recent exposure was very lackluster. My hope is that there is a more transparent experience in the future.

This place is great, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Come here and be happy with the service and atmosphere. Captain was great knew what she was talking about and gave me some understanding of what they carry.

Bright, open, and thoughtful layout. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They provide several options if your item is out of stock. I don't feel rushed at the counter when I can't remember one of the items I want...
