If you say your going to be open at 9am,then be open at 9am. If not then you nees to change your hours so that people are not sitting outside waiting for you to open at 9am,when in reality,I've been waiting and it's now 9:29am and you guys are still not open,even though your open sign is on and lit up

I bought a bong and smoke wraps yesterday and the bong had a crack in it. We were’t able to use it and for that my partner called this morning to see if we could exchange it since they had two other turtle bongs. They were rude to my partner as they cut them off to tell them that I was supposed to look for the crack before I bough them. After they reviewed this place they called them back, inviting them to come back at shady hours to look at the bongs. I’m just taking the loss and taping the bong. I’d suggest going to other places unless you’re underage, because this place doesn’t card 👍

I will honestly never go anywhere else. The young man Jake was such a huge help. What a wealth of knowledge this young man had! Love the glassware and variety they have available as well! A must go to Vape/Glass shop for sure!
