Was sold a defected elf bar that did not work and was overheating. 20 min later I went to the store to tell the guy Ryan who was working that it did not work. I got an exchange. 2 hours later when I tried to use it since I’m at work and only had a 30 min break when I picked up the exchange, the vape did not work. It cracked and popped and I called the store. I explained what happened. I know that bad coils make this sound. He said the product is probably defective as well. He’s also said he might have been sold a bad batch. I asked for a refund he said he would contact a manager. He called me back and said I cannot get a refund. I asked if I could speak to a manager because he sold me 2 products that are unsafe to use and do not work. He said no I cannot. I do not understand why I cannot get a refund for these when both of them do not work and I came back the first time and called the second time within 2 hours. The employee then lied to the owner saying I came back hours later when I went back 20 min after the first purchase. And the elf bar was not tested after first purchase it was unopened untimely I tested it 20 min later then went to the store immediately. He then gave me the exchange and I took it to work where I found out it is defective. You have cameras you can check the time of when I got there. I also have the receipt. And time I showed up in my timeline on google maps.
