I dont usually give online reviews BUT... i feel the need to give credit where its overdue, As soon as i entered the store i was welcomed in and informed of the current promotions, the said items didnt really apply to me but it was nice to see that some professionalism still exsists this day and age. I was approached and each and every question was answered as well as editional information i didnt know about that was very helpful towards my weight loss goals. Will be a regular here from now on! Thanks again to the taller gentleman for all the help!

Came in and was greeted right away, Stephen whom i beileve to be the manager actually asked me questions about my goals what i currently take and gave me multiple examples of likewise products that were on sale. AND not to mention I saved A TON by going Pro! He was very informative and helpful 6 star review !!! Thanks again Stephen! Youll be seeing me around more soon.

My buddy and I had the misfortune of experiencing a nightmare at the GNC supplement store recently. Just 15 minutes before closing time, we rushed in to grab our GNC Lit pre-workout drinks, only to find the door locked with a sign indicating the employee was on break. Despite patiently waiting, when the employee finally returned, they completely ignored us and proceeded to lock the doors without a word. When we mustered up the courage to inquire about their untimely break, we were met with astonishingly rude behavior. The utter lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service left us both speechless. As a result, we had to abandon our gym plans and leave empty-handed. Needless to say, neither of us will be setting foot in that GNC store again.
