I have been a loyal client of theirs for close to 5 years if not longer. I love their products and use them on various parts of my poor body every single day. However the last couple of orders have not arrived on time and the owner hasn't been very responsive. My mother also orders from them and her order from July still has not shown up and he hasn't bothered to respond in the last two weeks. So unfortunately I can't give them a good rating although I still love their product. Customer service is equally as important but I will not order from them any longer.
