I used to absolutely love this dispensary. However ever since new management has taken over their employees don’t seem happy at all. The bud tenders are always polite regardless of how unhappy they look. I also wonder why they fired every single black person in the dispensary. It’s a bit worrisome! I don’t want to spend my money at an establishment who doesn’t celebrate diversity.

I’ve been coming here for ~4 years and have easily spent thousands of dollars.

A few days ago I was upsold a $40 infused pre roll from 710 labs, told all the right things and it’s worth the price point bla bla bla. I went against my gut and returned the next day to buy it. Easily the worst money I’ve ever spent on product from this store. Didn’t light, didn’t hit, just smoldered and gummed up.

I returned the following day to buy something else and give feedback on that joint, to the point where the bud tender interacting with me took my feedback personally like I was blaming him😂. (It’s called customer service buddy) Additionally, he and the other guy behind the counter said they would never sell anyone that product or recommend it because they knew it sucks.

My take away is this happened for 1 of 2 reasons

1. The initial upsell guy didn’t know this product sucked and completely lied about his experience with it. Likely unaware of the quality of his other products

2. He did know and just wanted to sell me marked up bs

Both reason are unacceptable and I won’t be coming back. It’s a complete clown show ever since they laid off half their staff like 3 months ago
